How we bring a sofa back.

Fibre & construction check
We test the fabric, check the manufacturer's cleaning code and confirm which method the piece will take before anything is applied.

Vacuum & pre-treat
Crumbs, grit and hair lifted from seams and crevices, then targeted pre-treatment on arms, headrests and any visible marks.
- 03
Pre-spray by material type
Wool, cotton, microfibre, synthetic blends and leather each get a different solution at a different pH. Never one bottle for everything.

Extraction (or dry-clean method if water-sensitive)
Low-moisture hot water extraction for most fabrics. Water-sensitive materials get a solvent dry-clean method instead.
- 05
Deodorise & protect
Enzyme deodoriser where needed, then optional Scotchgard so the next spillage sits on top rather than soaking in.
- 06
Drying (2–4 hours typically)
We groom the pile, set air movers if you're in a hurry, and tell you honestly when it's ready to sit on.
