Do I need to pay upfront?

No. You pay after the job is done — bank transfer, card in person, or cash. No deposit required.

How quickly can you come?

Usually within 2–3 days. Same-day possible for +£30 if we've got a gap in the schedule.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

Just let us know at least 12 hours before. No cancellation fees.

Do you provide invoices?

Yes — plain invoice for anyone, and a landlord/agent-standard invoice for end-of-tenancy cleans.

How long will my clean take?

A 3-room signature clean is typically 2–3 hours. A full 3-bedroom house is 4–6 hours. We'll give you a firm time when we quote.

How long until things are dry?

Carpets: 2–6 hours. Upholstery: 2–4 hours. Mattresses: 4–6 hours. Faster with air movers if you need.

Will it damage my carpet or sofa?

No — we check fibre type before any water goes in. We adjust the process for wool, cotton, microfibre, leather and everything in between.

Are your products safe for pets and kids?

Yes. Prochem, Scotchgard and WoC are all professional-grade biodegradable solutions. Safe as soon as the surface is dry.

Do you move furniture?

Light items yes (chairs, side tables). We don't move sofas, beds, wardrobes. If you'd like those areas cleaned, please move them before we arrive.

Do I need to be home?

Yes for the first job — we like to walk through with you. After that, arrangements can be more flexible if you prefer.

Tell us during booking. Most residential streets are fine; permits can usually be arranged for a few pounds if needed.

How soon can I walk on it?

Straight away, but ideally with socks or bare feet, not shoes. Full drying takes a few hours.

Every 6 months for standard households. Every 2–3 months with pets or young children.

Will smells (pet, damp, sick) come out?

Usually yes, especially with our enzyme add-on. Very deep-set odours occasionally need a second pass — we'll tell you honestly on inspection.

What if I'm not happy with the result?

Ring us within 48 hours. We come back and re-do it, free of charge. Our name's on it — this is the whole point.
