Why it matters.
Dust mites.
A typical mattress can contain hundreds of thousands of dust mites living on shed skin. You will never see them; your immune system usually notices first.
Sweat & skin.
An average person sheds around 500ml of moisture per night into a mattress, along with skin cells and body oils. Over years, that builds into the material itself.
Allergies.
Asthma and eczema often flare because of mattress dust. Removing the mites and their waste is the single most useful thing you can do for a bedroom.
Odours.
Pet accidents, sickness and long-term sweat all leave smells that airing simply cannot shift. Enzyme treatment and extraction can.

How we clean a mattress.

Inspection & fabric check
We check the ticking, construction and any manufacturer restrictions, and flag stains that may not fully lift before we start.

Deep vacuum with HEPA filtration
Skin cells, dust mite waste and general debris pulled out of the surface and seams with HEPA-filtered suction.

Pre-spray with anti-mite and antibacterial solution
A professional-grade solution left to dwell, breaking down sweat residue, body oils and bacteria.

Extraction of solution + all lifted debris
Low-moisture extraction removes the solution together with everything it has loosened.

UV sanitisation (optional)
An extra pass for households dealing with allergies, asthma or eczema.

Drying (4–6 hours, we recommend evening bookings)
Air movers speed things up. Book in the morning or early afternoon so the bed is ready by bedtime.
