THE PROCESS · HOT WATER EXTRACTION
How we bring a carpet back.
Hot water extraction is the industry-standard method for a proper deep clean — high-pressure heated solution pushed into the fibres, immediately extracted with a powerful vacuum, taking dust, allergens and old dirt with it. Here's what happens the day we arrive.

Pre-Inspection
We walk the space with you. Identify fibre type (synthetic, wool, or mix), point out any older stains, agree the scope of work, and confirm the fixed price.

Dry Vacuuming
Surface dust, sand and grit lifted with a high-power industrial vacuum. Skipping this step is how amateurs turn dust into mud.
- 03
Pre-Spray & Stain Treatment
A professional Prochem or WoC solution applied to break down grease, oils and set-in stains. Left to dwell 10–15 minutes.
- 04
Hot Water Extraction
The carpet is deep-flushed with hot water at high pressure and immediately vacuumed. This is where the magic happens.

Deodorise & Protect (optional)
Odour neutralisers for pet or damp smells. Scotchgard or Prochem Stain Protect applied to make the next spillage easier to clean.

Drying
Your carpet is left slightly damp. Full dry in 2–6 hours depending on ventilation and room temperature. We open windows and set our air movers if needed.
